Ice News believes we need to live within our means, cut government spending, eliminate red tape, create jobs by allowing the private sector to grow, develop American energy, protect our borders, and simplify and cut taxes.

As the 2012 election heats up, we are working hard to continue building the momentum in favor of the conservative cause. We’ve also had our hands full as decisive fiscal issues have popped up across the state and the country.

The 2012 election is our chance to retire many liberal Democrats and their track records of higher taxes, government growth and support of socialized medicine. By doing so, we’ll establish a conservative voice for Illinois and set America on the right course–but we need your help. As in our family budgets, our government needs to live within its means and make the tough choices to bring spending under control. Many Republican leaders in Congress have demonstrated responsible government and personal responsibility in their quest to cut $100 billion from the budget for this fiscal year, and we applaud them. The Democrats in the U.S. Senate and the left wing Democratic legislators in Illinois: tax, tax and more taxes.

But at the end of the day, our focus always returns to ensuring the voices of conservatives are heard. That’s why your support is critical – because the best way to ensure our voices are heard is to make sure that conservatives play a key role in our state and federal governments.

This is still a country where good people can make a difference. Organize, vote and support Conservative entities.
