Obama Wanted Disabled Veterans to Pay for Their Medical Care & Only a Surge of Opposition Stopped Him

In March 2009, outrage from veterans groups and some Republicans forced Obama to back away from implementing the health care changes that would have put tens of thousands of veterans and their families in the poor house. This is no joke or Internet-generated conspiracy against Barack Obama and the Democratic Party. If you dig deep enough on the Internet you can find numerous videos and articles on the subject.

One of the themes of Obama’s reelection strategy has been to take credit for the death of Osama bin Laden, even though the operations were conducted by a Navy Seal team, and the intelligence that lead to the successful operation was obtained while President Bush was still in office. In fact, during his 2008 campaign,  Obama objected to the very methods that produced the opportunity to get bin Laden. No matter what the network’s news and their endless pro-Obama sound bites try to tell you about his support for the U.S. military, Obama has exhibited nothing but distain for our military and the men and women that serve.
