Well, the people have spoken. ICE News wonders exactly who those people are that spoke on Tuesday. The liberal media certainly had a lot to say. David Axelrod certainly was never short of words. And Barack Obama as usual said nothing of substance in the “pap” he spewed out over the airways. Are there really that many millions of voters out there – the Democrat zombies who march lock-step to the polls every election to pull the “D” lever never caring what their candidate stands for as long as he’s a Democrat? We will pay the price for the zombie’s votes over the next two years until the Midterm Elections come in 2014.
The economic numbers and trends are so grim that four more years like the last four will virtually guarantee a poor country for decades. Falling real wages, declining GDP, lower employment and rising entitlements and debt service have us looking at catastrophe. If we have four more years of this, then the next election won’t really matter.
Today, some Americans will feel victorious and others worried. Some will likely take to the streets in celebration while others prepare for four years of political hardship for their party. And still more, those damned third-party-voting electorate-splitters, will shrug and expect little change.
For whom you voted for in this “landmark” election matters very little in the grand scheme of America’s inevitable creeping slide into turmoil and tyranny. It’s a bait and switch enabled by political theater in its grandest form.
Some of you began this long, painful election season wishing for a truly conservative candidate but were beaten down by political grandstanding to the point that you now believe “anyone but Obama” was the answer to America’s many problems. You were effectively been beaten into submission by the cowardly and unconservative Republican Party so much that you believe moderate Romney, with his crony capitalist background, was the answer to reversing impending economic mayhem.
Others believe truly that the current President was using his first term as a practice swing and that the promises he made in 2008 will be fulfilled in a second term. You think that if your man is re-elected, in the next four years senseless wars will finally end, stimulus will miraculously begin to work, the government will become transparent, green energy will make the Nation new again and the impoverished in the country will become educated and receive good jobs through government benevolence.
How gullible can one get?
Why was the TEA Party excluded from the GOP convention? Why were dynamic personalities such as Sarah Palin refused the opportunity to speak? The last two GOP presidential candidates: John McCain and Mitt Romney were the choice of the Old Boy GOP elite. Both were unexciting losers. The next Republican to run for leader of the free world must be the choice of the American people.
We at ICE News truly believe an enlarged and revitalized TEA Party is the only hope for saving the American Dream.
Things are going to get much worse before they ever get better.
