Is Dick Durbin our Neville Chamberlain: Peace Through Appeasement?
Arthur Neville Chamberlain (18 March 1869 – 9 November 1940) was a British politician who served as Prime 
Minister of Great Britain from May 1937 to May 1940. Chamberlain is best known for his appeasement foreign policy, and in particular for his signing of the Munich Agreement in 1938, conceding the Sudetenland region of Czechoslovakia to Nazi Germany. History tells us Chamberlain’s foreign policy paved the way for World War II. Many believe the Democratic Party and Majority Whip Dick Durbin’s outreach to Islamic fundamentalism may have a similar result.

Despite the fact that two-thirds of U.S. Marine combat forces believe that placing gays in their units would hurt their effectiveness in the field, according to a survey ordered by the Defense Department. This is a battle for the morale and cohesiveness of our military forces and the fact is there’s no time to waste.
