The New York Post writes that the Obama administration is clamping down on oil and gas development in America (both onshore and offshore) but is hell-bent on helping other nation’s tap their resources and points out that such help is being showered specifically in New Guinea, of all places. The Dirty Tricks in Illinois Politics Never End: Rowe Targeted
In the latest Chicago-style intimidation tactics used against tea party conservative Republican candidate for State Representative Danielle Rowe, Rowe’s billboards have disappeared from multiple locations throughout the district. The billboards were 4 feet tall by 8 feet wide, solidly constructed on sheets of plywood, pegged into steel poles, pounded down two feet into the ground, and valued between $1500 and $2000. They are not to be mistaken for paper signs on wire hangers commonly found on the side of the road. (more…)

IRS Try’s To Intimidate Tea Parties
One of the reasons the states wanted a limited national government was to avert the tendency of governments to increase in power and authority. It’s no wonder that the Constitution is a very short document. The more it said on a subject, the more authority the government would have. The national government only had powers that were listed in the document. To ensure the limited nature of these powers, the states insisted on a Bill of Rights. The Ninth[1] and Tenth[2] Amendments are direct evidence that that states were fearful of their newly constructed national government. (more…)
GOP Lawmakers Criticize $750,000 Gitmo Soccer Field
When did this country develop such an overpowering inferiority complex – the need that everyone, especially our enemies has to understand and love us? Last week, four House members and one staffer from the Senate appropriations committee pushed the Department of Defense for answers on the new soccer field for detainees at Camp 6 in Guantanamo Bay.
