Commentary: Barack Obama Says the Silliest Things
A daily newspaper in Illinois recently had a page 2 article quoting Barack Obama blasting the GOP for its ‘radical’ policies: “President sharply raps Republican stances, Romney.” Obama “castrated” the GOP, saying it had stayed so far from the political middle that its policies represent an affront to core American values. Sarah Palin, the feisty and charismatic former Alaskan governor and U.S. vice presidential candidate beat ABC’s $7 million woman Katie Couric in a head-to-head fight for ratings last week. No surprise to conservatives across the nation who love her, but it has to infuriate the leftist media who have done everything they could to besmirch and denigrate Palin since she exploded on the political scene as John McCain’s running mate in the 2008 presidential election. Gay Flag’s Fly, a Cross is Removed from Army Chapel, Atheist Rally Sponsored on Military Base
The U.S. military hosted an event for soldiers and others who don’t believe in God. It was called “Rock Beyond Belief.” A so-called ‘gay’ flag flew over a U.S. military base in Afghanistan two weeks ago. Last year, the Obama Administration banned the Christian cross from a worship tent in Afghanistan: the cross was considered to be offensive. The Democrat’s secular movement is a freight train barreling through the U.S. military. This is the change Barack Obama was really talking about. (more…)
