Thanks to unremitting pressure on the politicians in Washington, every single assault on our 2nd Amendment rights went down to defeat in the Senate last week. The Senate turned back the President’s assault on the Second Amendment. Obama does not like it when he doesn’t get his way, and it showed. Another Effort To Disarm Americans
According to Democrat Diane Feinstein, U.S. military veterans cannot be trusted with firearms. During the Senate Judiciary meeting Thursday to markup a number of bills designed to deny the American people their rights under the Second Amendment and disarm them, Senator Feinstein opposed an amendment to her so-called assault weapons ban legislation that would allow veterans to continue buying firearms the bill would outlaw. An internal Justice Department memo obtained and released by the National Rifle Association reveals the department’s conclusions about the efficacy of a number of gun-control measures being touted by the Obama administration. Congressman Blasts Obama For Using Fake Twitter Messages To Fight Gun Control
Rep Steve Stockman (R-TX) made accusations against Barack Obama last Monday over his gun control campaign claiming that is it fraud based with fake messages over Twitter. Stockman claims that Obama is seeking to give the appearance of support greater than what he has for gun control legislation by flooding Twitter with messages from people that don’t exist. (more…)

The gun nuts hate the Second Amendment and are using the Newton Connecticut killings as an excuse to call for the abolishment of our right to bear arms. Gun control is not a single issue. Gun Owners of America Supports Joe Walsh for Congress
(Springfield,VA)– Gun Owners of America Political Victory Fund announced Tuesday the endorsement of Joe Walsh for Congress in Illinois’ 14th District. Illinois will lose a House seat through reapportionment, leading to a matchup of Reps. Walsh and Randy Hultgren in a March 2012 primary.
