Senators Urge Obama to Act On Keystone Pipeline
For too long, America has been content to get their energy from foreign companies. For too long, the financial terms of our lives have been dictated by a bunch of men in the Middle East who despise us and everything this great nation of our stands for. We need American owned companies (Canadian, too) whose profits stay within our borders. Whose products don’t come from the Middle East or any foreign government, like Venezuela, that is hostile to the US. We need strong and healthy American companies, companies committed to freedom, that might, just might, end our reliance on foreign oil. (more…)
The Keystone Pipe Line Isn’t Dead
The administration has done its best to stall drilling both on the North Slope and in the Cook Inlet in Alaska. While talking about exploration, new pipelines, and improved practices, the reality is that every roadblock possible is being placed in the way of increased oil production – just look at what’s going on in the Gulf of Mexico. Last year, Fenton Associates, the public relations agency for many environmental groups, boasted that they had shut down drilling in Alaska. Now the anti-oil fanatics have struck again.
