Since President Barack Obama was reelected, the leadership of both the Republican and Democrat Parties have been telling the American people that now is the time to legalize all of those now living here illegally. Governor Proposes $156 million for Immigrant Health Coverage
Governor Deval Patrick of Massachusetts has proposed spending about $156 million to subsidize health insurance next year for about 37,400 legal immigrants who became eligible when the (Massachusetts) Supreme Judicial Court last month struck down state lawmakers’ decision to exclude them from coverage. And you wondered how important judicial races were at both the state level and for the federal courts? Political correctness runs amok.

Immigration News: DOJ Sues Alabama; Illinois’ Welcome Mat
The Justice Department has filed a lawsuit against Alabama’s new controversial immigration law, essentially fighting Alabama on grounds similar to its legal battle with Arizona over that state’s controversial law. In both cases, the Justice Department argues that the states are overstepping their authority by wading into something that is a strictly federal responsibility: immigration enforcement.
