Stingray graphic On Nov. 8, the Supreme Court will hear arguments over whether or not police need a warrant before secretly installing a GPS device on a suspect’s car and tracking him for an extended period. In both the Senate and House, new bills would require a warrant before tracking a cell phone’s location. However, that hasn’t stopped the Obama Administration from ordering such procedures since Barack walked into the Oval Office. Is this why our forefathers fought a revolution?
Democrats, Obama Nothing but Hypocrites
Two-faced, is another term that can be used – accurately, to describe the Democratic Party and their latest attempt to circumvent the Bill of Rights. For eight years, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, and the rest of the ‘Out of Touch with America’ gang (put Dick Durbin here) beat George Bush over the head because of the Patriot Act. Now, quietly, they’re doing it.
