More Bad News for BO – Your Recovery is Worse Than Bush’s Recession

More Bad News for BO – Your Recovery is Worse Than Bush’s Recession

By Editor-in-Chief on January 19, 2012

New evidence suggests there’s a reason why this economic “recovery” hasn’t felt much like a recovery. Figures from the Census Bureau’s Current Population Survey, compiled by Sentier Research, show that the “recovery” has actually been harder on most Americans than the recession from which they’ have allegedly been recovering.

Walsh To Holder: Resign!

Walsh To Holder: Resign!

By Editor-in-Chief on October 31, 2011

Operation Fast and Furious was an inherently idiotic idea that has resulted in the death of a Border Patrol Agent, as well as the deaths of many Mexican nationals. And even after federal officials became aware of these deaths, there were three egregious criminal actions taken. First, federal officials tried to cover up evidence at a murder scene. Second, the federal agent who blew the whistle on Operation Fast and Furious was fired for doing so. Finally, Attorney General Eric Holder lied to Congress under oath about his knowledge of Fast and Furious. (Above comments by ICE News editorial staff).

Joe Walsh on Support of Spending Cuts in Funding for Congress

Joe Walsh on Support of Spending Cuts in Funding for Congress

By Editor-in-Chief on August 18, 2011

Congressman Joe Walsh of Illinoisis a Tea Party-backed conservative Republican who has been much in the news lately. He has opposed ObamaCare, special considerations for elected officials and a host of other Democratic Party earmarks and tax hikes. By keeping his promises to the voters of Illinois that elected him to office, the DNC has targeted him for extinction in next years election. Walsh deserves your support.

Democratic Staffers Having Hi-Ho Time in Hawaii

Democratic Staffers Having Hi-Ho Time in Hawaii

By Editor-in-Chief on August 18, 2011

Senate Democrats are charging taxpayers for a trip to Hawaii, Ice News has learned. The entire press staff of the Senate Indian Affairs Committee as of August 12 was in Maui, even though a field hearing there didn’t happen until August 17. Aw, a week in paradise on the taxpayers dime. Hey, it’s only money – and it’s not theirs.

GOP Pushing Stronger Voter I.D. Laws

GOP Pushing Stronger Voter I.D. Laws

By Editor-in-Chief on July 28, 2011

For any thinking resident ofIllinois, it would come as no surprise the GOP says voter fraud is real: In Illinois it has become an art form. From late arriving military ballots to overt persuasion on seniors at voting places by ward workers and committeemen, to counting votes cast by people who have been dead for years, Chicago, Cook County and the rest of the state can “proudly” claim to be infamous. And, there are many states like Illinois. (more…)

Weak Jobs Report, Stimulus Failure Puts Pressure on Obama

Weak Jobs Report, Stimulus Failure Puts Pressure on Obama

By Editor-in-Chief on June 16, 2011

Twenty-eight months after Congress passed President Obama’s signature economic stimulus law, and nearly one year after he declared the summer of 2010 to be “Recovery Summer,” 1.9 million fewer people are employed. In February 2009, the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) reported that 141.7 million people were employed. By the end of May 2011 – the last month for which data are available – that number had fallen to 139.8 million, a difference of 1.9 million. (more…)

Despite Their Protests, the Democrats are Shafting the Middle Class

Despite Their Protests, the Democrats are Shafting the Middle Class

By Editor-in-Chief on June 2, 2011

Ever since the Republican surge lead by Ronald Reagan chased him from the White House, Jimmy Carter has been labeled the worst president in American history. No more, that dubious distinction now rests with the present occupant of the Oval Office, Barack Hussein Obama. His administration and the Democratic Party are slowly destroying America, as we know it. We are experiencing the worst economy since the 1970s. We could see marginal income tax rates of 60% in some states.

Reid and Durbin Have a New Version of the Dream Act

Reid and Durbin Have a New Version of the Dream Act

By Editor-in-Chief on May 23, 2011

Barack Obama and his Democratic allies in Congress are now resorting to extortion when it comes to granting Amnesty to millions of illegal aliens. Their latest ploy dealing with the GOP – Give us Amnesty and then we’ll “talk” about constraining our out-of-control spending. And the Democrats in Illinois are following right behind them. (more…)
