It’s Finally Happening: A Walsh/Duckworth Debate
For the first time, on October 9th at 7 pm, Tammy Duckworth will finally sit down with Congressman Walsh and have a real debate in front of the voters. The debate is scheduled to take place at the Meadows Club in Rolling Meadows, IL. There are a limited number of seats and each campaign has been given a limited number of tickets. In case you missed Friday night, Tammy Duckworth once again said that YOU are better off than you were 4 years ago. Chicago Machine Worried About 8th District Race? Yeah.
The Obama re-election machine operating from its Chicago stronghold must be feeling enormous pressure after losing the battle in the recall election of Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker. Obama guru David Axelrod, Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel (Obama’s former chief of staff) and Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin – Obama’s go-to guy, are the forces behind Duckworth’s candidacy and the Democratic Party’s multi-million dollar efforts to regain control of the U.S. House of Representatives. Tammy Duckworth thinks she is going to Congress. Why? Because her handlers Senator Dick Durbin, Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel, White House dirty-trickster David Axelrod and the unions, especially the SEIU, have promised her she will win. All the tame media “experts” say so, too. The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee says this race is #1 on it’s list to take back the House of Representatives.
